Liqueur wine

16 to 18 % alcohol, 180 to 220 g residual sugars, can be enjoyed as an apéritif or with desserts , it goes particularly well with apple based puddings.

 

33 % home distilled Jura pomace

66 % chardonnay juice

  • Assembly of non fermented chardonnay must and distilled pomace, aged 3 years in casks
  • Static settling of the must for 12 hours before assembly of the juice and pommace
  • Ageing of the macvin for 24 to 36 months in casks (12 months acodring to legislation)
  • 17 % alcohol
  • 180 to 220 g /l residual sugars
  • Not filtered, and no added So2 before bottling
